§ 259-1. License required; exceptions.

No theatrical or operatic performance or motion-picture show or exhibit shall be given within the Borough except in a theater or opera house duly licensed for that purpose; except, however, that this chapter shall not apply to performances or exhibitions given by civic, religious or scholastic organizations operating not for pecuniary profit.
