The owners or occupants of each dwelling, store or other building within the Borough shall, at their own expense, cause the same to be properly numbered in accordance with this chapter. Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as an intention by the Borough to accept any street or to assume any responsibility for the maintenance of any street.
