§ 75-3. Special improvement district description.

There is hereby designated a special improvement district (hereinafter "SID") which is more particularly described on attached hereto and made a part hereof. Any property listed on and which is incorporated within the SID, and is exclusively used for residential purposes, is exempt from the payment of any special assessment.
